Working with HoK

“I’ve heard good things about HoK and hope you can help!”

“I would love to jump on a call and discuss the potential of collaboration.”

“I was really impressed by your work.”

“Interested in connecting and understanding more about how House of Kaizen can help with our future subscription work.”

In a typical week we’ll get a few notes like these through our website, and in a typical year we’ll start a new collaboration with about 5 companies. Usually we don’t work with more than 10 at any moment in time. In our 22+ year history, we’ve been fortunate to collaborate with over 150 well-known companies around the world, some for more than 15 years ongoing. This number could be higher, perhaps, but we’re a bit picky about who we work with and we’re honest about the things we’re exceptionally good at. The rest, we can refer to someone else.

It’s a clarifying realization that we all spend more time working together each day than we do with our own loved ones, so we believe in making that time the best it can be. We’ve been around long enough to have learned that our collaborations must make an impact and be an enjoyable daily effort. Who we do business with matters.

“The folks at House of Kaizen are genuinely great people who we thoroughly enjoy working with.”

“It's the best of both worlds, working with a performance-focused team that understands our business and having a lot of fun doing so.”

Testimonials like this appear across our site, making up the majority of our pages visited. A couple months ago we added a page to answer FAQs about working with HoK — it has since been a top destination.

The truth is, working with an agency or consultancy has it’s potential pitfalls: if they advise but can’t execute, if they don’t really understand the business, if they can’t communicate well, are inflexible in their approach, if the culture is incompatible, or if they don’t have the right incentives for success — they can be an expensive waste of time.

The last thing we want to do is waste time, yours and ours.

Looking ahead to the end of ‘23 and the beginning of ‘24, things are moving fast. We are hearing a lot less of the “R” word and the need to understand and meet customer needs has never gone away. The busy season is shaping up with high demand — if you’re looking for sustainable growth support, this is the time to send us a note and start the conversation.

Our initial engagements most often start with a Diagnostic designed to give you a very clear picture of the risks and opportunities around sustained growth through customer experience optimizations, along with the prioritization of specific tactics to achieve your goals. We’ll dive into your back-end product & marketing data, and use your products as legitimate customers, so we can break down and diagnose the performance and product experiences to define a roadmap of growth opportunity. In just a few weeks we can unlock tons of potential and lay the foundation for high impact collaboration between our teams.

Beyond that, we encourage moving fast where there’s low hanging fruit and optimizing in-line with industry best practices while honing a customer-centric approach to understanding your unique consumer needs and defining experiments to create sustainable growth.

If you’ve been thinking about how we might be able to work together, feel free to check out the FAQs, reply here to let me know, or just grab some time on my calendar,

Thanks
- Matt
