A fulfilling work-life starts with happiness around the people and things we spend most of our time with each weekday. Once each year we host a team retreat specifically to focus on improving happiness in the HoK experience.

We don’t get to connect in person as often as we’d like, so this retreat gives us the time and space to connect deeply, get creative, and bring our unique perspectives together building relationships and developing our priorities as we remember that long-term happiness is found in daily details.
